Why We Exist

Dental emergencies happen at the worst possible times. A toothache that gets unbearable on a Friday night. A child who knocks out a front tooth at a Saturday soccer game. A cracked molar that makes every bite feel like an electric shock.

For most of these situations, the options have traditionally been limited: wait until Monday, or go to an emergency room that cannot actually fix your tooth. Neither option is good enough.

Emergency Dentist of Rockville was built to solve this problem. We are a dental practice designed from the ground up for urgent and emergency care. Our clinic is equipped for same-day root canals, extractions, broken tooth repairs, abscess drainage, and reimplantation of knocked-out teeth. And we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Our Approach

We believe emergency dental care should be three things: fast, honest, and thorough.

Fast because dental emergencies are time-sensitive. A knocked-out tooth has a 30-minute window. An abscess can spread. Pain should not have to wait. We see most emergency patients within one to two hours of their call.

Honest because patients in pain are vulnerable to overtreatment. We tell you exactly what we find, explain your options clearly, and give you a cost estimate before we start. If a filling will fix the problem, we will not recommend a crown. If a tooth cannot be saved, we will tell you straight.

Thorough because emergency care should not cut corners. We use digital X-rays for accurate diagnosis, modern endodontic instruments for root canals, and the same quality materials we would use for any procedure. Emergency does not mean compromised.

Our Location

Our clinic is at 12034 Chase Crossing Circle, North Bethesda, MD 20852, just off Montrose Road. We chose this location because it puts us right in the center of Montgomery County, easy to reach from Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Potomac, and the surrounding communities.

Free parking is available directly at the office. No garages, no meters. When you are dealing with a dental emergency, the last thing you need is to circle a parking garage.

Who We Serve

We serve everyone in the community who needs emergency dental care. Families with children, working professionals, seniors, athletes, and anyone in between. We see patients with dental insurance and patients without. We treat adults and children of all ages.

Our patients come from across Montgomery County: Rockville Town Center, Twinbrook, King Farm, Pike and Rose, downtown Bethesda, Kentlands, downtown Silver Spring, Wheaton, Aspen Hill, Potomac, and Derwood. Our central location means no one in the county is more than 20 to 30 minutes away.
